Q: Do I need a prescription before I order?
A: No. To order simply fill out our secure medical questionnaire and upon review, one of our partner medical network physicians will approve and write your prescription based on the information you provide.

Q: How does the online consultation work?
A: Online consultations provide a valid means for patients to receive treatment for a number of conditions that, in many circumstances, do not actually require a physical exam. The customer completes an SSL secure online questionnaire, which is submitted confidentially to the physician utilizing our private medical communication system. Once a prescription has been written, the pharmacy promptly fills and ships directly to your doorstep via overnight UPS delivery service.

Q: How is my package shipped? How much does shipping cost?
You will have a choice of several UPS shipping options during checkout - including overnight delivery. Shipping costs are discount flat-rate as follows: 2nd Day Air: $21, Standard Overnight $24, and Priority Overnight (by 10AM) for $27.

Q: What happens when I submit my order?
A: Your confidential order is encrypted and dispatched through our SSL secure order system to a licensed physician who will review the information you have submitted and approve or decline your request. Most orders are approved same-day, within hours of ordering provided accurate billing and shipping information has been given. Once your order is approved, the physician will then write your prescription and it is then faxed instantly to the pharmacy where it will be filled and shipped.

Q: How do you protect my privacy?
A: We are fully dedicated to your privacy and security. We do not send SPAM email, use outbound telemarketing, or sell, rent, or otherwise personal information to any third party for any reason. Q: Are your physicians licensed?
A: Our network uses only board certified physicians and US licensed pharmacies.

Q: Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
A: Sorry, by law we cannot ship prescription medication to
P.O. Boxes.

Q: Do I have to be at home when my order arrives?
A: We require an adult signature for all orders. If you will not be home, make sure there is an adult there to sign and receive your package.

Q: Do you deliver to my state?
A: Due to regulations we cannot ship medicines to all states, please check the order form for the current list of states that we can ship to. Orders placed from blacklisted states will be rejected automatically by the secure shopping cart system. If you are in a state that is not allowed please feel free to contact us for alternate sources.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: You may cancel your order before the order has shipped or been approved by the doctor. If the order has already been shipped or approved we cannot cancel your order. Please refer to the current cancellation policy in the terms & conditions section of our order page for more information.

Q: What is your returns policy?
A: We cannot refund or exchange prescription medications due to FDA regulations. Please refer to the current returns policy in the terms & conditions section of our order page for more information. Rest assured that what you order on the site will be what arrives at your door. We do not prescribe or ship any illegal generic versions of these popular erectile dysfunction medications.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Sorry, we ship only within the United States. We cannot ship Internationally at this time. For genuine brand name international orders we recommend this online pharmacy.
